Real estate in Madagascar suffers from a trust deficit
Opaque land titles, document fraud, double sales, prices with no benchmark: investing in Malagasy real estate remains a risky journey, especially from abroad. The diaspora wants to invest back home but lacks reliable contacts and verifiable information. That observation is what pushed us to create 2P2I: an infrastructure that verifies agencies, audits land status and makes every property legible, so that trust is no longer a gamble.

2P2I (Première Plateforme d'Investissement en Immobilier à Madagascar) is not a real estate agency. We are platform infrastructure: we select the agencies, we verify each highlighted property, and we give investors (wherever they are in the world) the tools and the trust to invest at home.
